Hubert Stockner – Genussbunker

Hubert Stockner is a cheese affineur and founder of Genussbunker in SouthTyrol.

With deep expertise in maturation, origin, and sensory profiling of regional cheeses, he bridges craftsmanship and culinary culture.

During the food pairings, he guides guests through the dialogue between cheese and craft beer.

Reimund Brunner – Anna Stuben / Hotel gardena

Reimund Brunner is head chef of Anna Stuben at Hotel Gardena in Val Gardena, awarded one Michelin star

His cuisine combines Alpine roots with modern refinement, focusing on precision, creativity, and high-quality local products.

Hannes Rainer – Naturhotel Rainer

Hannes Rainer represents authentic, nature-driven cuisine at Naturhotel Rainer in Jaufental.

Matthias Kirchler – Alpes Gourmet / Bad Schörgau

Matthias Kirchler leads the kitchen at Alpes Gourmetrestaurant in Bad Schörgau.
