Beer meets Science
On April 16, Eurac Research will once again host a series of scientific lectures with a strong practical focus as part of the Beer Craft Festival.
This time, the focus will be on historical yeasts from South Tyrol, non-alcoholic beers, and regional raw material cycles.

The "Südtiroler CollabSud" is the annual collaboration beer brewed by South Tyrol’s Craft Brewer Assocation.
The brewers jointly develop a recipe and produce a limited-edition beer with South Tyrol Quality Seal that reflects cooperation, creativity, and the diversity of the regional brewing scene.
Each year, the CollabSud is officially presented for the first time at Beer Craft.
On friday: Lorenzo Dabove “Kuaska”, one of the founding figures of the Italian craft beer movement, shares insights from three decades of brewing evolution. Combining personal stories, expertise, and a guided tasting of selected beers, this masterclass offers a unique look at the history and development of Italian craft beer.

In cooperation with the Bolzano Tourist Office, we offer a free guided city tour on Friday and Saturday at 3:00 PM.
Starting at Piazza del Grano, the tour leads through the historic old town and ends after about one hour at Maretsch Castle – the perfect start to the festival.
